Data Collection & Usage

When you add Hadron to your server, we temporarily store the guild, channel, and role objects. We may also cache any user or member objects provided by Discord during the GUILD_CREATE event. Additionally, if you interact with the bot and we haven’t already cached your information, we will store your member and user objects. This data is retained only to ensure smooth operation of the Hadron service and to reduce the frequency of API requests to Discord.
For every ticket closed in a server, we archive all associated messages along with participant information—which includes username, avatar hash, and discriminator—as obtained from Discord.
When you log in to our web dashboard, we also retrieve all guild objects for the servers where you are a member. This enables us to verify your ownership or status on those servers and to provide you with a list of servers to manage.

Server administrators using our service can install or develop custom integrations. When you open a ticket, your user ID is sent to the operators of these integrations. Each custom integration may have its own privacy policy, so it is recommended that you review the privacy policies provided by the administrators of the servers where these integrations are active.

All web traffic is routed through Cloudflare, which helps us improve site performance and security. You can review Cloudflare’s privacy policy by following the link provided in their documentation.

We implement Google Analytics on some of our pages to gain insights into user experience improvements. All data transmitted through Google Analytics is anonymized before being processed, and we do not use this information for advertising. More details can be found in Google Analytics’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you have any concerns regarding data processing or security related to the Hadron service, please join our Discord support server and open a ticket in the #support channel.

Requests to access or remove your data can also be made by joining our Discord support server and opening a ticket in the #support channel. For security reasons and to confirm your identity, we are unable to process these requests through external channels. We commit to handling your request within 30 days from the date it is logged.
